Road Kill Tally

All of us have been morbidly fascinated by the road kill along the highways. I thought it time to give you an update. Read no further if you have a squeamish stomach!

Kangaroos           too many! (stopped counting at one hundred) This includes the dead one comprehensively mashed into the road by us.
Snakes                  5

Wild Pigs              8
Wedgetail Eagle   1

Crow                     1

Budgies                                2

Fresh Water Lake Seal     1

Bulls                       4

Cows                     5

Calves                   1
Horses                  1

Camels (yes, CAMELS!) 2

Stay tuned ...

Hey guys! Excellent progress and wonderful to read of all you are seeing and doing. Loved the singing Dingo! Good read tally too, makes my lifetime roll of badger, cat and penguin along with few a few sparrows pale into insignificance!

Safe Travels,

Neil

Just doing a blog catch up as I got a bit behind and was really looking forward to this post. Not disappointed especially with a confirmed fresh water lake seal entry. Can't write too much - more reading to do. Fascinating stuff.
